Head of Agency at UNi4 Online

Postion Summary

This role is for a sister company of Uni4 Online and will be primarily responsible for managing, overseeing and spearheading various projects and campaigns in partnership with stakeholders and relevant teams. The successful candidate will provide ongoing support and guidance to the agency, evaluate and develop marketing plans and strategies to all involved.

KPA’s:

• Develop advertising campaigns for clients.
• Manage a large team of creative writers and designers.
• Plan and allocate resources to projects accordingly
• Assign projects to individual team members.
• Ensure all projects are on track creatively and timeously.
• Work cooperatively with account executives and clients.
• Competitor research
• Building brand awareness & positioning
• Identifying potential customers
• Determine short term & long-term departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team/agency.
• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experienced in Project management
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
