    HR Executive: Talent & OD

    Purpose of the Position:

    To provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to the Group in establishing and implementing a comprehensive Talent Management strategy and framework that is aligned to the company’s growth strategy. Drive strategic initiatives to position our client as a Preferred Employer

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a talent management strategy and framework that is aligned to the company’s growth strategy
    • Ensure alignment throughout the Group in terms of talent management methodology, practices, approach and capability
    • Ensure that Learning and Development interventions are aligned to business needs and in support of the talent management strategy
    • Develop and implement a talent acquisition and talent retention strategy and plans 
    • Ensure quality control, system development and management reporting relating to all key processes
    • Manage diversity and employment equity initiatives
    • Drive initiatives that will ensure organization is positioned as a Preferred Employer
    • Managing various HR disciplines that fall within; performance management, L&D, talent acquisition, talent management, diversity, employee engagement, employer branidng, employee value proposition
    • Reporting into the CEO

    Requirements:

    • Honours Degree in Human Resource Management or Organisation / Industrial Psychology (non - negotiable)
    • 15+ years of Human Resources Management experience
    • Must have worked as HR Business Partner with business teams
    • Specialist knowledge and experience in Talent Management, People Development, and organizational development
    • Minimum 6 years in management experience
    • Must have extensive experience within FMCG, retail or manufacturing (non-negotiable)
    • Prefrence will be given to EE candidates
