    HR Generalist (Temp)

    Job Description
    Responsible for HR department and Resort administration support relating to compliance; IR; legal; contracting; recruitment; probation; performance management and related administrative support. This is a 5-month temporary position due to maternity leave replacement

    Qualifications

    • Relevant Diploma / Certificate
    • Preferably Registration with SABPP.
    • Must have
    • 2+ yrs HR Generalist exp
    • 3+ year working experience in either office/ corporate administration or HR administration
    • Sage VIP Experience would be advantages
    • Ideally we are looking for an immediate start to ensure a proper hand over

    • Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
    • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
    • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
