    About The Role

    HR Partnering
    Key responsibilities

    • You are the Primary lead on People strategy design, implementation and execution for the growing Corporate Solutions (Corso) business in South Africa
    • You support HR Country Manager SA on delivering the location people strategy across Business Units.
    • You lead and execute standard labour relations issues including restructuring, grievances, disciplinary, exits, under-performance and other key labor relations processes
    • You help craft and implement new HR services and solutions for the business
    • You support on BBBEE strategy management, implementation and monitoring, as well as reporting.
    • You drive Diversity and Inclusion interventions

    You Also Provide General Advisory Services Which Will Include

    • Salaries and Compensation
    • Leadership, personal growth and career development
    • Continuous Performance management
    • Enabling an agile, commercial and learning culture
    • Talent acquisition, onboarding pipeline planning.
    • Support on Employee Engagement, Organisation and Talent Management and Annual Compensation Review.

    HR Administration

    • 4 eye-check of required data input into systems and payroll
    • Back-up support to HR Service Delivery Specialist on all matters of policy, payroll and benefit administration for all MEA countries.

    We are a small team based in Cape Town with family-like atmosphere consisting of HR Partners and service delivery specialists. Together we act with courage, inspire confidence and accelerate business impact. We strive to improve customer happiness by always looking for innovations and process improvements. You will be based in Johannesburg, having a unique chance to extend our footprint and work closely with the Corso South Africa team as your primary clients. You will travel to Cape Town frequently. You will also have the opportunity to work with various generalist HR functions, Centres of Expertise and with colleagues across the world, as we are part of outstanding international HR community.

    About You

    • Minimum of 8 years' HR advisory experience preferably in a matrix or global company, combining both partnering and administration experience
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business preferred
    • Local South African employment law knowledge and can apply this practically and pragmatically
    • Experience in both payroll and benefits administration
    • Outstanding relationships across a diverse spectrum and you bring strong communication skills
    • Communicate openly and empathetically and handling ambiguity
    • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical thinking
    • Confident with MS SharePoint and MS Office (Power Point, Excel)
    • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
