    Human Resource Administrator

    The Role

    Optimi is looking for a well organised HR Administrator to join the HR team. The successful candidate should have experience in HR and Administration.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in HR or related qualification
    • 2-3 years’ experience in general HR administration
    • Excel intermediate or higher skills (V-lookup’s & Pivot tables)
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Experience in WSP & ATR submissions (Important)
    • Experience in BEE reporting and plan submissions
    • Ability to multi-task

    Responsibilities:

    • Training administration
    • Performance management administration
    • IR administration
    • Compiling of data for reports
    • General HR administration including drafting policy Documents and Templates
    • Maintaining the HRIS system (HR Focus)
