    Human Resources Officer

    Fine Print

    • 3 year Degree or B.Tech in Human Resources Management or equivalent
    • Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous
    • At least 5 years’ experience in the HR field, with experience in organizational development

    Skills

    • Knowledge of relevant legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA, etc.)
    • Understanding of organizational development models and experience in applying some of them
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and SharePoint
    • Valid Driver’s licence (Code 08)
