The role of Squad Lead: In-store Media is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen, project management and a deep understanding of the in-store media advertising channels, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze the in-store media squad's performance. The Squad Lead is an integral role in driving the in-store media strategy.
The Squad Lead: In-store Media has the primary role of leading the in-store squad, overseeing activities of the in-store media strategies and monitoring performance as a whole.
This individual will also define and communicate the squad's KPIs and targets to business on a regular basis, analyse patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently define data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize in-store media’s commercial performance.
