    Inbound Sales Consultant

    This is an opportunity to:

    You will gain exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup. From day one, you will be given the opportunity to drive innovation and execute strategies that will take Yoco to the next level

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Facilitating the customer journey and increasing their LTV. Primarily through the support of our Capital Products.
    • Facilitating the initiation and adoption of additional Yoco product offerings to the merchant base.
    • Management of Yoco merchant capital accounts.
    • Management of accounts & reconciliation with Retail Capital.
    • Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
    • Work directly with customers face to face and via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services to facilitate growth of their business.
    • Cross-functional and collaborative project work to enable your team and the company to focus on customer-centric growth.
    • Follow up with customers via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
    • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
    • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    If you are an individual who has natural business flair, is team-orientated, enjoys working in a diverse environment, is able to be flexible in the workspace and adapt to changes, has a willingness to go beyond the call of duty from time to time and has the ability to collaborate and work outside of your key responsibilities (cross-functional projects) – we are looking for you!

    Key requirements to perform responsibilities:

    • 5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
    • Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in eCommerce or lead generation.
    • Passion for product development with extraordinary attention to detail
    • Experience working with or managing cross-functional teams
    • Product marketing and go-to-market experience
    • Able to identify and implement product experiments
    • Experience in using data and metrics in decision making
    • Strong written, visual, and oral communication skills
    • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
    • Experience within financial services or fintech is beneficial
