    Inside Sales Business Representative

    Supervising the end-to-end sales process, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets in a virtual sales environment. You will be required to proactively approach new and existing clients, as well as build and nurture long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will plan, control and implement sales processes, run sales and promotional campaigns in line with the business strategy along with being responsible for the maintenance of customer data on the SAP system.

    What you'll be doing

    • Supervising the end-to-end sales process
    • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
    • Approaching new and existing clients
    • Signing up of new contracts and renewing existing ones
    • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
    • Planning, controlling and implementing sales processes
    • Running sales and promotional campaigns
    • Maintaining and updating customer data on the CRM system

    What you'll need

    • Matric (Essential)
    • Excellent command of English language: verbal, written and presentation
    • Good typing, analytical and time management skills
    • Completed professional education or relevant work experience in a sales role (B2B) over the last 2 years
    • Knowledge of gas and welding market / products is a plus sales talent and affinity of sales topics
    • Strong telecommunication and negotiation skills including cold calling experience
    • Sales talent and affinity of sales topics
    • Professional manner with excellent business and communication skills in English
    • Flexibility and the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situation
    • Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records

    What we are offering

    • Basic monthly salary: R12 000 when 60% of target is achieved (plus benefits)
    • Attractive commission model (Variable earnings of R8 000 - R15 000 based on performance)
