Virtual Insurance Sales Consultants (Short-Term) – Work from Home (Full Time -Permanent). Our portfolio of Short-Term Insurance brands are South Africa’s most loved and recognisable brands, each finding a better way to give their unique group of customers’ peace of mind.

The ideal candidates must be highly enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated, friendly individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional relationships with their customers in the short-term insurance industry.

 In addition,

• As a Virtual Insurance Sales Consultant (Short-Term), you will be required to communicate with customers via phone, email and chat so a suitable home office, dedicated uncapped internet connect and quiet work area is required.
• Will sell, cross sell, up sell short term insurance products, whilst following the company’s sales processes, compliance, quality assurance and customer service guiding principles.
• You must have proven excellent sales track record
• Strong understanding of the short-term insurance sales processes and sales techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• You will attend mandatory product training conducted virtually and must meet the minimum pass rate to move to the live customer environment. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer / memberships, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum Education / Industry Certification / Accreditation Requirements

• Matric / SAQA accredited qualification – Essential*
• At least 1 – 2 years short term insurance sales experience - Essential
• RE5 - Essential
• Full FAIS credits - Essential
• CPD Hours - Essential

Additional Mandatory Requirements

• Your remote working environment must be free from background noise, where you can connect the equipment directly to the router/modem via Ethernet cable – Upload and Download Speeds must exceed 20mps and must be uncapped. Proof of connectivity will be required.
• You must have good command of English and Afrikaans (verbal and written) This will be tested via video interview application should you be shortlisted for the role(s)
• Typing, phone, and computer navigation skills are critical
• Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and chat to customer via Instant Messenger tools
• Ability to cope well in a high-pressure environment while maintaining high quality outputs
• South African Citizen by birth or received naturalization before the 27th April 1994.
