Job Profile

• To fulfil an internal audit associate role within our PwC Service Delivery Centre. This role is a non-client facing role, focusing on the testing of our PwC Service Delivery Centre with its own standards and policies.
• Develop an understanding of the business policies, processes, risks and Controls of Service Delivery Centre Africa;
• Provide support to the Internal Audit Manager & Senior Associate in the performance of the Internal Audit Work programme:
• Perform Test of Controls;
• Prepare working papers adequately documenting work performed;
• Ensure accuracy of all work /documents;
• Ensure that prioritized work is completed within the required timeline and
• Assist with departments administration.

Essential skills

• Proficient in use of Excel and preferably Google Suite;
• Pro-active and able to use own initiative to ensure full support is given to the Manager group;
• Pay attention to detail;
• Ability to interact with clients (audit teams), managers and partners professionally;
• Good writing and typing skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written);
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
• Reliable, motivated, results-orientated, able to work under pressure, able to multi-task;
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and 
• Ability to work alone and in a team.

Minimum years experience required

• 1 year Internal Audit experience in a related professional environment.
