    Internal Recruitment Specialist

    An opportunity exists for two (2) Internal Recruitment Specialist who have experience in the Manufacturing industry for a six (6) months contract. The candidates will be placed at the Company premises and the working hours will be Monday to Friday from 7h30- 16h00. The incumbents will be responsible for implementing the overall recruiting strategy, sourcing, attracting candidates & building networks of potential hires, conducting interviews and all the administrative work pertaining to recruitment.

    Job Duties

    • Assist line management with the recruitment, selection of candidates in line with Employment Equity (EE) policies.
    • Engage with line on workforce plan based on vacancies, exits, retirees and contractors.
    • Develop adverts and advertise positions in order to recruit high-level talent.
    • Screen applicants, compile long list, schedule candidates for interviews and conduct interviews.
    • Coordinate assessments, security vetting and medicals for shortlisted candidates.
    • Extend offers to successful candidates, engage and design departmental on-boarding programme with line management.
    • Compile monthly and quarterly HR reports in line with Human Resources requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, standards, procedures and controls aimed at mitigating risks.

    Job Requirements

    • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant Human Resources qualification.
    • 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar position or a generalist Human Resources position.
    • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
    • Knowledge of relevant ERP systems.
    • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including advance Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
    • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
    • HR reporting.
