• Assertive in self-learning
• A+ or equivalent certification
• N+ or equivalent certification
• Working knowledge of subnetting and Vlan’s
• Desktop support on Win10 & office systems
• Printer support Office & Label
• Basic knowledge of telephone systems
• SQL scripting and setup knowledge
• Knowledge on Time and attendance systems
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Knowledge of CCTV systems
