We are searching for a Finance Manager to join our team of Superheroes!

This pivotal role will be the Finance point of contact to ensure all transactions are captured correctly and performance result are accurately reflected on a monthly basis, while ensuring proper local tax and accounting compliance. You will be responsible for all our countries throughout Africa!

You will be involved in the following activities:

• Prepare local payment forecasts
• Ensure the subsidiary adheres to the Purchase-to-Pay guideline
• Provide analysis of the subsidiary’s monthly performance and positions
• Raise billing correctly for local partner services
• Highlight areas of improvement for the function and assist HQ on any adhoc Finance project as required
• Management reporting
• Setting up finance functions in new countries
• Financial planning
• Execute tax strategies cascaded from HQ

What you need to have:

• Good grasp of local accounting standard and taxation knowledge
• Meticulous and strong analytical skills
• Sense of urgency on meeting deadlines
• Communicate well in English
• Exhibit leadership in imposing control on Finance processes
