    LISP Operation Manager

    Overall purpose

    To ensure the smooth running and effective operational management of the Operations environment within a Business Unit (BU).

     

    Key Accountabilities

    • Manage customer satisfaction, client interface and retention of client by adhering to highest standards.
    • Stake holder management
    •  Participate in the measurement and reporting of internal and external SLAs on a monthly basis.
    • Address any process failures specific to the business unit. Of service deliver 

     

    Must have

    • Transfers & Estates knowledge
    • LISP environment experience
    • Customer service experience

     

    Education and Experience required Minimum Requirements:

    • Four (4) years’ experience as a Financial Manager or Operations
    • Manager responsible for systems, process implementation,
    • Budgeting and risk management
    • B Degree in Business Administration or Management

    Procurement Sourcing Specialist (ICT Sector)

    Knowledge & Experience Required:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing experience, gained preferably in a multinational environment.
    • Proven experience IT category management and/or category strategy development is an advantage.
    • Detailed knowledge of the characteristics of telecommunications and IT hardware products and services being procured
    • Experience authoring, administering, negotiating, initiating and terminating contracts with regards to ICT
    • Knowledge of IT strategies and industry trends
    • Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project/deal control
    • Experience handling large IT commercial procurements.
    • Provide analysis, guidance, and assistance on a variety of technologies and IT categories
    • Intermediate knowledge is required of ERP systems and all Microsoft desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

     

    Education required

    • B-degree in a relevant field (NQF level no. 6)
    • Certificate in Purchasing Management (Advantageous)

     

    Preferred

    • MCIPS
    • Min 5 years in a Sourcing environment
    • Experience in financial services industry
    • Project management experience
    • International Sourcing Experience
