    • Job Responsibility Including But Not Limited To
    • Maximize operational excellence quality and efficiency in a sustainable way
    • Provides positive, fair and healthy working environment
    • Interacts with vendors, management and internal customers to provide service on a variety of needs for any services required inside or outside of the distribution centers
    • Communicates and confers with all logistics team members regarding any facility issue
    • Keep yourself and your team updated on overall business results, information and expectations
    • Use company´s, Logistics and Department´ vision and focuses to create relevant and attainable goals together with your team
    • Provide conditions for people to grow and develop, having the right people in the right roles, always open for potential.
    • Support and follow-up participation in recommended trainings in your department for the team
    • Create conditions for, support, and evaluate your team member´s growth and performance by high quality and continuous dialogues, using relevant tools and materials (i.e. dialogue talk and contribution matrix).
    • Work well in your & surrounding teams and actively support your own staff
    • Identify and develop high potentials, following and supporting their progress.
    • Be aware of the strengths and development areas of your team members
    • Ensure all employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies are fulfilled.
    • Have a good overview on how Logistics contribute to the overall business result and how to include and collaborate with other teams to reach the best outcome.
    • Together with the DC management Team set, communicate, and follow-up logistic goals and KPI´s with the objective to achieve great customer service, profitability and result for all brands and channels.
    • Ensure your budgets are set on time, and followed up throughout the year.
    • Collaborate closely with the DC Management & other departments to prevent loss.
    • Ensure compliance to H&M logistic operational best practice work processes, in your area.
    • Ensure that all quality KPIs are reached constantly to perform the best store and customer service
    • Based on sales dynamics, a high grade of flexibility in the daily is mandatory
    • Ensure accurate and in time deliveries to customers through optimal capacity and lead time control
    • Keep up to date on campaigns or other important sales related information and ensure a well- functioning supply chain to the customers
    • Set, facilitate and follow up sustainability goals
    • Make sure that your team is maintained to meet H&M standards at all time.
    • Maintain and improve sustainability standards together with your team and other departments.
    • Ensure employee safety according to local- and H&M requirements.
    • Ensure any health and safety- legal- or security issue is handled professionally

    Minimum Candidate Qualifications

    • 3+ years of work experience with a clear competence in Logistics and Supply Chain.
    • Strong understanding of inventory control, warehousing and transportation operations, manufacturing operations, product deployment, and order to cash processes
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Good communication skills
    • Effective management of time with ability to prioritize
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
