Junior Business Manager at PEP

• Manage 3rd Party Bill Users
• Negotiate, liaise and build constructive relationships/contracts with service providers, i.e. Pay@ & EasyPay; MultiChoice
• Identify and introduce new or a variation of current business concepts
• Compile detailed business cases for current and potential initiatives
• Guide and give inputs to the marketing plan of a product/portfolio

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate-level qualification ( B.Com or similar would be an added advantage)
• A minimum of one year's general work experience/ volunteering experience
• Computer Literate (MS Office and G-Suite)
• Competencies required: the ability to analyze and solve problems, logical and systematic, ability to make informed decisions, good communication skills, service orientation, commercial flair, planning and organising skills; proven initiative; self-driven and motivated; innovative, well-developed relationship skills, emotional maturity and good judgment
• Aptitude for/or negotiation skills
• Have an interest in bill payments and digital customer solutions
• Project management skills
