    Junior Sales Representative

    Position: Junior Sales Associate

    We are looking for a young, energetic person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude, a high level of integrity, drive and the motivation to develop sales opportunities.

     

    Job description:

    • Responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold outreach to prospective clients
    • Maintaining strong customer relationships through engagement on support and community channels (Zendesk, Intercom, Discord)
    • Must have the ability to create sales or relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
    • Must have excellent sales skills and be knowledgeable about investment products. Cryptocurrency knowledge is a bonus. 
    • Assist team members with lead generation strategies and follow ups
    • Demonstrated ability to close deals.
    • Strong presentation skills. 
    • Can communicate and work effectively while under pressure.
    • Can adapt to changing situations with ease.
    • Strong entrepreneurial spirit.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree required
    • 1-2 years of sales experience ideal

    Assignment: 

    Write a 3-4 page report outlining a business development strategy for Invictus to secure institutional funds for the Margin Lending and Gold Fund. You can review the marketing material on our website (InvictusCapital.com) for context.  The task is meant to convey your understanding of cryptocurrency and financial markets in general. It will also test your writing and ability to accurately and succinctly convey fairly technical information.

    Some key topics to address in the report:

    1. Outline a strategy targeting institutional investors and how they would benefit from these two funds. 
    2. View our website at InvictusCapital.com - what marketing material would you add? What do you think is communicated well? What do you think is communicated poorly?
    3. Who do you think our competition is? List 3-5 competitors.
    4. What are the challenges that a cryptocurrency financial services business will face when attempting to sell cryptocurrency investment products to the traditional finance industry?
    5. Give a short description of cryptocurrency in your own words. What do you think the key selling points of cryptocurrency are from an investment perspective?
