Lead Enterprise Architect at CloudStream Global

Due to modernization and ongoing transformation, a Leading Bank has the need for a Senior Enterprise Architect, with a background in development and a good technical grasp. The ideal Architect in this role will be a formidable leader, with the gusto to drive change and influence at all levels

Responsibilities:

• Driving business profitability
• Planning and managing performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieving efficiencies and increase competencies
• Controlling and influencing activities with the aim to increase efficiencies of the team
• Introducing new and improved products, processes and services
• Establishing, aligning and managing target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs
• Establishing and aligning target and budget goals with overall strategic objectives and ensuring each functional area remains within budgeted cost limits.
• Working closely with a cross-functional team to assess architectural requirements for new and enhanced business operations.
• Developing and implementing best practice policy and process strategies for Architecture to enhance cost and time efficiencies, improvements and problem solving.
• Identifying business opportunities or create new business concepts and development approaches to support business growth.
• Ensuring that management processes are put in place to ensure that all operational issues are tracked, and controls are implemented to maintain high levels of data ethics by tracking

Requirements:

• Track record of excellence in driving change and transformation
• Experience in Managing IT Teams
•  Degree or Diploma in IT
