    Lifecycle Marketing Manager

    What you’ll do?

    The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will have these responsibilities:

    • Own KPIs for reactivations, DAUs, and cancellations
    • Develop a lifecycle marketing strategy to drive engagement across the subscriber base and reduce churn
    • Implement tactics to upgrade user rate plans
    • Work with product managers to implement successful user journeys at onboarding and activation
    • Work with product managers to launch new features to the subscriber base
    • Review, test and optimize lifecycle triggers and cancellation journeys
    • Work with analytics team to understand data around why users leave and how to retain them
    • Work with customer relations team to understand user problems and develop solutions
    • Own the CRM tools and platforms to deliver end-to-end lifecycle comms to subscribers

    Requirements

    • You will be a marketing or product expert with proven experience of driving retention and engagement in a subscription business. You will need to be highly analytical and data-driven, with a relentless focus on the needs of the user.
