Job Overview
Provide holistic engineering support for On-Line Communications Hardware and Software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic engineering support for On-Line Communications Hardware and Software.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety aspects in the company and out at the customers as per the Mine Health and Safety Act.
• Maintain records and control over invoicing for support on the Joy online service agreement.
• Disseminate information within the organisation, Komatsu Mining Corp.

• Fit for underground labour (80% underground; 20 % surface)

Education / Qualification
Minimum Skills and experience required

• Fully qualified Electro - Mechanician
• Flameproof and Gas Testing certificates
• Communication on ethernet protocols necessity
• Basic SQL database and scrips running knowledge
• Knowledge of Faceboss II machines will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Package
• Reporting - verbal and in writing
• Engineering discipline, first time right designs, fixing problems at root cause and working within the systems
