Minimum Requirementso Degree / Diploma in digital marketing, or related field.
o Minimum of 3 years’ management experience with deep expertise in digital marketing strategies.
o Must be passionate and curious about customers, marketing automation and digital innovation.
o Must stay on trend and in the know about the latest digital marketing strategies, innovations, and capabilities, including social and mobile.
o Ability to analyse data and extract relevant and actionable insights.
o Strong leadership and collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams within the marketing department.
o Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
o Restaurant experience/understanding of Franchise Operations advantageous.
o Experience with Marketing Automation software (such as Oracle Marketing Cloud) and Data Integration.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategy
o Envision how automating a workflow could help our business.
o Have the clear insight to be able to see a goal, and then use technology to help achieve it faster and more efficiently than ever before.
o Develop and implement global strategies to increase memberships and quality thereof, improve campaigns, and build databases.
o Work with lead scoring strategies to change customer-behaviour.
o Develop strategies that are innovative enough to set our company apart from everyone else in our market sector.
o Create workflows through developing use case studies to guide the brand team in best strategies for reaching the right customer at the right time with the right message on the right channel/device.
o Assess and develop opportunities for digital collaboration with the loyalty and gifting business units.
o Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle.
o Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to help determine how automation could inform and optimise a campaign.
o Guide on creativity necessary to carve out an eye-catching message to a target audience – relevancy as the priority.
o Data Driven focus to ensure relevancy with our strategies and inform decision-making.
o Knowledge around Marketing Automation software and how best to leverage the capabilities.
o Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner.
o Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability.
o Provide a problem solving and ‘point of escalation’ technical support function.
o Working with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximise conversions
o Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment.
o Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting.
o Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach.
o Develop relationships both inside the Marketing Team and within other departments to grow the collaborative presence of digital within Spur Corporation.
Measurement and Reporting
o Drive substantial growth to meet defined KPI targets of revenue, SPH, Spend lift per voucher etc.
o Review and analyze data to spot trends and develop lead scoring mechanisms that help guide campaign effectiveness.
o Constantly evaluate and amend targets to meet the ever-changing market and digital landscape.
o Ensure a good return on investment with any software or agency partnerships.
o Develop and circulate use case studies monthly around best practice and shared learnings from campaigns and strategies used.
