    Marketing Manager

    We are looking for someone who can learn on the fly, is hardworking, motivated and hungry to succeed for this new role spanning across our company group

    Job Spec:

    • Assess, test and optimize our existing marketing strategy to optimize growth
    • Drive and maximize lead generation campaigns, including LinkedIn, PPC, display, email and others
    • Content generation for B2B lead generation campaigns, and B2C targeted awareness campaigns (for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
    • Where attractive, drive co-marketing activities with partners, including promotions, case studies etc
    • Work with tech team to improve user website experience and boost conversion
    • Support Business Development team with offline marketing campaigns. Attend trade events
    • Goal setting, performance tracking and reporting across all marketing channels
    • Quantitatively grasp our marketing metrics – experiment and implement changes to drive up positive metrics.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Skilled with marketing data and analytics.
    • Ability to see ‘what’s missing’ in our portfolio and show us what we ‘don’t know’
    • You have worked in or contracted to a start-up and understand the energy and demands of early-stage businesses
    • Suitably tertiary qualified.
    • A proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn and solve problems independently
    • Hands-on and willing to get stuck in. Strong task prioritization and speed of response
    • Creative thinker, full of ideas
    • Collaborative and resilient team player who appreciates direct feedback.

    Experience and Skills:

    • .Ability to see what we can’t see in optimizing our Marketing Strategy and tools
    • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to quickly create and/or modify existing content for use in multiple channels
    • Independently process-driven with demonstrated success in developing and implementing new marketing processes. Sense of urgency
    • Ability to leverage marketing tools including but not limited to Analytics, PPC, eDM, Marketing Automation, CMS and CRM tools
    • AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads
    • Marketing Data Analysis and ability to coordinate paid marketing campaigns
