CONTRACT ROLE (3 Months)

• The purpose of the role is to review the document (Identity document, residential address, death certificate) and capture/correct this detail onto a line of business system (Lighthouse)
• The agent will be granted limited access to the LOB system and will be trained on the process they will need to follow.
• The agent will be granted limited access to the indexing system and will be trained on the process they will need to follow.
• If you have knowledge of FIC and the updated FIC process, this will be an advantage.
• If you have investment knowledge, specific to unit trusts, this will also be an advantage.
