    MS SQL DBA

    • Hand-on experience in SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2016/2017 installation, maintenance on Windows Failover and configure AG
    • Experience with SQL Server HA configurations and disaster recovery (Log Shipping, Mirroring and SQL server clustering)
    • Experience in Database backups and recovery procedures
    • Experience on SSIS and SSRS
    • Responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of the applications
    • Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
    • Analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. Assist in complex query tuning
    • Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools, Plans Investigation via DMVs
    • L1 Monitoring of MySQL database, User Creation and Space management
    • Deploy and maintain a SQL clustering environment
    • Maintain User Databases and System Databases.
    • Configure AG on SQL server (Alwayson)
    • Database refresh from production to QA/UAT/Test
    • Create user logins and add users to respective databases.
    • Configure SQL server databases backup (Full, differential and T-log)
    • Configure SQL server log shipping between DR and DC
    • Develop Report through SSRS for Managements
    • Working experience in SSIS package, Debug the Package
    • Prepare and maintaining SQL server health checkup on daily basis
    • Provide day-to-day Support and Maintenance for SQL Server databases
    • Perform maintenance tasks like rebuilding/reorganizing indexes and update statistics and checking database integrity on regular intervals
    • Perform and maintain all types of Databases Backups and Recovery operations
