The Facilities Operations Department is looking for an additional resource to join their team as an Office Administrator. This person is required to complete specified daily duties and other ad hoc duties that may arise.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Biometric Enrolments
Access Control
Point Of Sale
Query resolution
Ad hoc:
Sourcing quotes, placing orders, monitor, tracking and follow up of all stock orders
Ordering and monitoring of all office support stocks
General Administration
Parking management
