    Talent Acquisition Partner

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate with businesses to develop and cultivate excellent working relationships to build an in-depth understanding of requirements in order to plan sourcing strategies.
    • Build talent pipelines for future needs.
    • Lead and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition services including being accountable for proactively communicating and updating key stakeholders.
    • Consult with the business to support targeted attraction strategies for relevant business areas based on the business drivers/strategy, research, and analysis.
    • Pro-active sourcing of candidates via internal databases, alternate sourcing channels, referrals, talent days, and talent mapping exercises in order to meet client requirements.
    • Provide market trends and analysis on a regular basis, utilizing these insights to influence recruitment plans.
    • Engage with preferred suppliers where necessary and build working relationships to deliver the right talent for the business.
    • Accountable for resourcing reporting, including analysis of performance against KPIs and insights to shape the business area to further shape the business area-specific resourcing strategy.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist with the alignment and achievement of Business Area Transformation targets through targeted sourcing and shortlisting.

    The ideal Candidate for this role will have:
    Must have technical/professional qualifications:

    • Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
    • Minimum of a B Degree with HR specialization or SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
    • 3+ years experience in the recruitment industry
    • Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.  
    • Experience in research, market mapping, and stakeholder management

    Executive Head: Network Infrastructure Sharing

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Sharing Opportunity Analysis

    • Own and expand strategic partnerships with other MNO’s and Tech Companies to constantly scan the market for sharing opportunities.
    • Identify, review and recommend for evaluation, selected new network infrastructure sharing opportunities.
    • Co-ordinate the collection of information, rollout plans, budget forecasts and analysis of co-build or sharing initiatives to formulate technical and commercial plans.
    • Support Opcos with business case modelling for proposed sharing initiatives.
    • Work with Opco technical, financial and legal teams to co-ordinate inter-MNO discussions. 

    Sharing Programme Management

    • Manage engagements between respective Managing Directors of sharing parties.
    • Co-ordinate an internal Network Sharing forum attended by Opco Managing Directors and Group Exco members.
    • Develop and standardise high quality network sharing business plans for presentation to EXCO and Opco Boards.
    • Post implementation reviews on executed projects and learnings.
    • Develop and maintain a standardised approach to network infrastructure sharing.

    Network Sharing Planning & Execution Support

    • Alignment of new sharing opportunities with existing Network Plans, Budgets and Long Range Plans within the Group ensuring that projects are executed within available resources.
    • Align technical teams between Opco MNO’s.  
    • Structure and monitor the execution of the network sharing initiatives in accordance with terms and timelines.

    Commercial & Legal Support

    • Support the negotiating and structuring of new sharing partnerships.
    • Provide input and guidance on Legal agreements using existing agreements from prior implementations in other Opcos.
    • Work with Regulatory to resolve challenges or hurdles preventing the execution of sharing initiates.
    • Ensure best practice sharing across the Group on new network sharing ideas.

    Leadership

    • Lead in-market technology teams to accelerate network sharing program.
    • Manage relationships with all stakeholders across the business.
    • Present network-sharing opportunities to influence EXCO and Boards.

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Engineering or Commercial Degree with MBA as an advantage
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in Network Operations, of which 3 years at an Executive level. Experience in the telecommunications industry with a deep understanding of the mobile and fixed networks preferred.
