Working within the finance team, you will provide proactive support in the busy accounts payable section. Your main duties will include; processing invoices in a timely manner, approval of delivery notes, posting invoices onto SAP, resolving queries, reconciling statements and assisting with payment runs. It is likely you will also assist the rest of the team with ad-hoc duties at month and year end.
What You'll Need To Succeed
With a recent and proven work history within accounts payable, you will be used to a busy, high volume environment, ideally having used the SAP system before, or a similar integrated package as well as competency using Excel. Experience in online banking and Sharepoint would also be advantageous. You will possess a positive and enthusiastic manner, keen to develop your skills and to be team orientated.
