Talent Pipeline: Maintains a pipeline of internal and external candidates that align to the growth competencies and skills required for the ISV CSA team
On-Boarding: Be personally accountable for overseeing the on-boarding of new CSAs
Rewards & Recognition: Recognizes and rewards ISV CSA that meet and exceed growth performance and development commitments
Coaching: Creates a culture of coaching the team. Invests time coaching using Growth Mindset and Rolex coaching tools to increase team’s skillsets
Solution Envisioning: Oversees the success of Digital Transformation/Envisioning Workshops targeting CIOs, CTOs at which CSAs envision solutions to capitalize on identified market opportunities
Success Storytelling: Teaches, coaches, inspects the story telling pitches/insights/business outcomes shared with Partners by CSAs of developed solutions on multiple solution areas targeting specific industries
Technology Roadmap: Ensures CSAs build technology roadmaps for new solutions, seeking technical commitment and investment from partner CTOs, CIOs and Practice Mangers
Enablement Planning: Ensures CSAs build and execute technical enablement plans, sometimes inserting themselves into planning meetings with top partners to support ISVs accelerate on-boarding, up/cross skilling, Bootcamps, trainings and meeting certification requirements
Capacity Planning: As part of Partner Capacity Planning Identifies and consults on the strategic alignment of partners towards Microsoft’s technology priorities and their technical readiness to address solution gaps
Qualifications Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging computing trends and their impact on partner practice building opportunities.
10+ years of related experience in technology solutions/practice development, Cloud / Infrastructure technologies. Knowledge of MS platform preferable, project management, technical Sales and technical account management.
Strong understanding of Cloud Migrations from AWS and/ or GCP to Azure
Proven track record of building deep sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ISV, MSP, CD and SIs
Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
Strong partner relationship management skills
Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences.
Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
Business and/or Technical BS degree, or equivalent work experience.
