    Payroll Specialist Knowledge Center

    Your Role
    The primary purpose of the role is to perform accurate payroll duties for the Knowledge Center and provide support to both finance and HR teams in all countries across the MEA region. Reporting to the KC Payroll Manager it will be expected from the successful candidate to service a diverse team in different accounting and legislative environments across timezone with a focus on the maintenance of the Employee Self Service module of VIP, payroll input into the VIP system and in house financial system.
    Your Responsibilities

    • Maintaining the status of all countries currently managed by the KC payroll team
    • Takeover of new upcoming countries within the MEA Region
    • Responsible for monthly payroll calculations and completion of ZF validation file's
    • Payroll Booking of GL Interface, from VIP to inhouse system
    • Upload of payroll bank file's, country specific
    • Monthly processing of manpower accruals
    • Responsible for the allocation of all manpower payments that are initiated by the KC Payroll team
    • Providing support for the calculation and initiation of EOS payments

    Your Skills And Experiences

    • Preferred if you have Bachelors / First University Degree and Professional Certification
    • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance/ Payroll
    • You have knowledge of financial standards, principles and procedures and proven ability to navigate and independently deliver from a suitable payroll system
    • You have knowledge and understanding of basic accounting and proven ability to reconcile large amounts of financial data
    • You have proven experience in providing customer service to internal stakeholders
    • You are able to manage projects within the payroll /HR Administration environment according to deadline and expectation
    • You are able to build and retain excellent working relationships, organised and able to work independently
    • You are able to fluently converse in English
