Effective management of processes and procedures relating to Talent Acquisition
Implementation and maintenance of recruitment processes to achieve recruitment targets Support Talent Acquisition on a global scale by proactively identifying passive talent to pre-qualify candidates for roles, develop relationships and increase engagement throughout the recruitment process
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to develop target lists of sources including companies, networks, associations, existing contacts, etc. to generate ideas and share information that creates more effective sourcing processes
Build a strong network of talent and assess talent to gauge alignment for specific roles, or within specific functional groups
Excellent Stakeholder management, both internal and external
Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
6-8 years’ Recruitment experience, preferably as an in-house specialist dealing with senior stakeholders
