    Performance Marketer

    Performance Marketer

    • Safari365 is seeking an optimisation overlord who is a little obsessed with paid digital planning, optimisation, data and reporting.

    The platforms of focus will be:

    • Google Ads (paid search, display)
    • Google Analytics
    • Facebook Ads Manager
    • SEOMoz (or similar)
    • Other social platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter
    • Marketing automation systems (Pardot, Mailchimp and/or Everlytic/Activecampaign)
    • CRM systems (Salesforce preferable)
    • OTA’s like TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia etc
    • Wordpress and basic HTMl coding an advantage 

    A successful process will look something like:

    • Working with the management team to understand campaign goals and target markets
    • Evaluate existing digital campaigns
    • Present new digital strategies and media schedules that relate to those goals
    • Plan, design, and build paid search, organic search, social, display and video campaigns across multiple platforms
    • Monitor and manage the various campaigns on the various platforms
    • Proactively expanding and improving campaigns based on business needs
    • Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on campaigns

    It would also be important to:

    • Stay up-to-date on latest platform changes, new channels, trends, media landscape and best practises – share knowledge and best practise with the team 
    • Have a crystal clear understanding, deep knowledge of, and strong views on; bid strategies; building out audiences, ad sets, ads; scaling; A/B testing; improving CTR’s, CPC’s & ROI; link building; lead gen etc.

    You’ll be supported by:

    • A very strong strategic & creative team, providing great insights, copy & visuals for your campaigns.
    • A clear vision of what needs to be achieved in the short, medium, long terms.
    • A business with a sizeable audience in, and history of using Salesforce.

    It would be great if you have experience of:

    • Inbound tourism
    • International audiences
    • Luxury/high value product/services

    The offer

    • A 3 or 4-day per-week commitment for a 6 month contract.
