The Role Duites

Driving Strategy:

• Translate IT strategies into solutions for key business requirements, drive capability and produce delivery roadmaps.
• Executing IT strategies within associated domain architecture

Service Delivery & Project Execution:

• Actively engage with internal mr price clients to interpret business IT requirements, consult and provide expertise & advice.
• Plan, implement & evaluate IT project execution within ecommerce and omnichannel of the business to align with the standard service management matrix (incl. SLAs).

Risk Management:

• Highlight project risks to the business
• Always ensure compliance to legislation and company policy during projects            

Team Management:

• Ensure that the workload within the team is distributed fairly and in line with the team's priorities to deliver on departmental KPI's / targets.
• Keep abreast of talent pool to contribute to the recruitment of top talent.
• Drive succession, training and development within the team to ensure resource capability and business continuity.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant IT field or business field (HR, Finance, Supply Chain).
• 5+ years in IT project team management OR software development team management.
