Real Estate Underwriting Clerk at Santam Insurance

What will you do?

• Client/ Broker interaction.
• Capture and administer client data.
• Capture new policies on Kindle system.
• Adherence to TCF and POPI regulations.
• Address and resolve enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance adherence.
• Service lever agreement adherence.
• Maintain individual targets as agreed
• Assist in completion of policy issuance and maintenance.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client / broker enquiries.
• Understand and interpret different instructions received

What will make you successful in this role?
Qualifications And Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 2 - 3 years experience in an insurance environment as a property underwriter.
• FAIS accreditation advantageous.
• Experience on kindle system.
• Commercial Policy knowledge.
