    Regional Manager: GP

    OPPO is a leading global smartphone brand. Since launching it's first smartphone, OPPO has been in relentless pursuit of the synergy of aesthetic and innovative technology. OPPO South Africa is here and looking for a Regional Manager to join it's young and innovative team.
    What you will do:

    •  Liaise with suppliers regarding requirements to maintain optimal relationships
    •  Analyze market trends and benchmarking
    •  Direct monitoring and improvement of internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
    •  Optimally and effectively manage required Operations
    •  Effective stakeholder relationship management
    •  Effective management and achievement of operational objectives (consumer contacts & quality of interaction)
    •  Manage performance of self and team to drive business deliverables
    •  Daily and weekly reporting
    •  Enable and support SMME Contractors and SMMEs to ensure effective delivery management
    •  Define supplier management policies and procedures and develop and implement supplier qualification/certification criteria
    •  Direct development of Supplier Management Strategy and monitoring adherence to strategic objectives(with Channels)
    •  Ensure viable business development support programs
    •  Coordinate the allocation of job opportunities
    •  Manage on-boarding processes within region
    •  Superior Client Management
    •  Managing HR, Admin and IT related matters for self & team in conjunction with the relevant internal department
    •  Collaborate with the different internal departments to ensure best business service and practice

    Skills and experience required:

    •  Minimum 5 years experience as an Key Account Manager
    •  A tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    •  Strong interpersonal skills across all levels
    •  Full MS Office suite
    •  Excellent communication skills
    •  A driven self-starter with the ability to achieve set targets
    •  Pro-active and analytical
    •  Ability to see a project/task through to completion successfully
