    Regional Sales Manager

    Requirements:

    • Personality Traits Required: Strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, results orientated
    • Skilled in sales and resources management
    • 5 Years’ experience in long sales process of premium building products.
    • Autonomous, loyal and structured reporting
    • Familiar with pioneer operational marketing concepts
    • Experienced in specification and projects stakeholder’s follow-up
    • Interaction with various key actors as installers, architects, distributors, contractors
    • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to travel as needed (Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or related field
    • Computer literate and proficient use of MS Office Pack
    • Persistent, unyielding and results driven"

    Key job responsibilities and activities:

    • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
    • Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations, ensuring growth both long and short-term
    • Analyzing regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    • Offer proactive and reliable support to increase customer satisfaction
    • Prescribing our products among the architects, interior designers, distributors and contractors
    • Tracking, specifying and follow-up closely projects and key accounts
    • Identifying new opportunities on the markets to develop the sales on the territory
    • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on activities, trends and results relating to the local markets and competition
    • Travelling and covering the Southern African Area.
