    Regional Sales Manager Mpumalanga

    Purpose
    To develop tactical strategy and delivery plans, integrate practice formulation and to ensure operational implementation and adaption across multiple practices i.t.o. regional management methodology, governance and delivery objectives.

    Minimum Experience

    • 5 - 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 - 3 years at management level

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Relevant Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas
    • R.E and relevant industry certification

    Outputs
    Process

    • Conduct sales planning and identify, plan for and pursue leads and campaigns.
    • Anticipate tactical strategy and practice issues and proactively develop solutions to enhance the quality of problem resolution.
    • Develop and implement tactical delivery plans and set operational targets.
    • Collate and develop audit reports to inform management decision making.
    • Develop, align and implement a tactical strategy and associated policies and guidelines.
    • Communicate a meaningful tactical context that guides and directs best practice integration and process alignment with service delivery objectives.
    • Enables an effective regional servicing model that creates a competitive servicing advantage for the Broker community.
    • Ensure and manage sales execution fulfillment.
    • Ensure effective communication and sales force understanding of org. brand messages, products and services to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Ensure that change is effectively managed for the implementation of new and enhanced solutions.
    • Ensure the effective extraction & consolidation of data to enable the optimal interrogation thereof, to provide reliable management information.
    • Ensure timeous communication on progress and challenges in achieving tactical delivery plans to impacted stakeholders.
    • Identify financial targets and track accomplishment and develop and implement solutions to minimise costs and increase sales/revenue.
    • Identify sales targets, track accomplishment thereof and implement solutions to ensure sales targets are achieved.
    • Manage the channels for field communications.
    • Manage the implementation of customer service plans & operational tactics, policies, practices, services that will retain and increase sales revenue.
    • Measure the delivery of operational plans, realign and improve where required.
    • Plan for practice & operational activity changes, specify priorities and resources needed, apply changes and monitor effectiveness.
    • Plan the regional strategy, programmes and develop the activity budget for the year.
    • Recruit, develop and manage sales workforce talent.

    Customer

    • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for the purposes of expectation management, knowledge sharing and integration.
    • Define practices which build service delivery excellence according to TCF principles and encourage others to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Manage an integrated TCF service excellence culture, which builds rewarding relationships & provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.

    Finance

    • Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor and report on variances.
    • Plan, implement and monitor a cycle of medium term cost improvements.

    Learning and Growth

    • Develop and implement people capacity plans in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialised areas.
    • Positively influence and manage change by providing mechanisms and support to implement major changes in area of accountability.

    Governance

    • Implement corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in a single practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.
