Regional Supply Chain Business Control at Epiroc

To support management by applying relevant knowledge, skills and exercise professional judgement in selecting and applying strategic management accounting techniques in different business contexts to contribute to the planning, control and evaluation of the performance, strategic and operational development of the Distribution Centers in the SAF Supply Chain region.

Main Responsibilities

• Owner of the financial reports for SAF Region
• Supervising and supporting the SC Analyst
• Be an active member of the SAF supply chain regional management team
• Monitor and control the implementation of the strong control environment in the region
• Work actively and carry out the decided common strategy and activities for the region
• Take a lead in financial (Expectancy) planning process for SAF Region
• Secure a high financial level of understanding in the supply Chain organization
• Regional Business Follow up
  • Supply Chain KPI reporting & analysis
  • Propose and prepare for needed decisions and actions related to performance follow-up
• Participate in Business Boards
  • CRM, BRM and LRM
• Supports SAF project management of regional supply chain transformation projects
  • Excellerate!
  • IT project leads: MORE, WMS, TMS, APS, Trade, Smart Consignment and others
• Hosting the credit manager role for DC's. Trade finance interface. (Indent only)
• Collaborate with the other Epiroc divisions and shared functions to fulfill supply chain strategy
   

Educational And Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Controlling and 3 Years of Supply Chain Experience
• Strong analytic skills
• Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Finance/Controlling area is an asset
• Skillful M3, ECS, BI and MS Excel user
• Thorough knowledge of The Epiroc Way
• Thorough understanding of supply chain processes
• Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes
• Strong English and Swedish (not mandatory) communication skills both verbal and written
• Additional Languages are preferred
• Academic exam in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
