    Regional Value Proposition Manager – Convenience

    • Develop and implementation of food offer and development
    • Ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything the Convenience Retail Teams do across the region, whilst operating safely, legally and sustainably
    • Set and monitor the Global Convenience Retail standards, processes, procedures and working practices across the region to ensure that Puma Energy is operating stores and offers in an optimal manner
    • Support global and develop new Puma Customer, Dealer and Puma value propositions.
    • Work with the Transformation Office, Engineering / Construction, Country Retail Operations teams to ensure the transformation agenda is achieved on time and on budget.
    • Actively supports the preparation, roll out and implementation of all Convenience Retail projects
    • Role model the Puma Energy core values and ways of working.

     Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the alignment of Non-Fuel Offers and Super 7 Convenience Store layout, design and visual identity to Global standards, practices and value propositions.  Implementing these consistently at country level.
    • Enhance Puma’s Dealer and Customer Value Proposition by sourcing potential offers / partners that will improve the Puma Offer and Profitability.
    • Support the Region and Countries in defining and setting up the most appropriate Non-Fuel Offers and partnerships to achieve the budgeted financial performance e.g. Super 7 franchise vs. branded partnerships, QSR, strategic 3rd party Offers.
    • Actively work with Retail Teams, Engineering / Construction, 3rd Party Suppliers and Procurement globally, regionally and/or locally, to define and deliver annual country store investment plans.
    • Work with Retail Teams, Engineering / Construction, 3rd Party Suppliers and Procurement globally, regionally and/or locally to ensure timely sign off and opening of Super 7 C-Stores and Offers throughout the East Region.
    • Drive the roll out of the Retail Community Village concept and Idle space optimization within the Region, e.g. QSR tenants, Automotive Services (Carwash, Lube Bays etc., Financial Services (ATM, Payments etc.) and Pick up services (Parcel drop off/collection, laundry etc.).
    • Develop the Regional business methodology, processes and procedures for a customer led Non-Fuel activity for existing and new offers.
    • Develop robust country specific Super 7 Café food models (offer and recipes) that in line with country taste profiles and local HSE / HACCP compliance requirements.  Accompanied by operating standards, processes, procedures and best practices across the Region.
    • Train relevant stakeholders on Super 7 and Non-Fuel offers design, operating models, visual identity standards and practices.
    • Ensure that HSE and regulatory requirements, policies, and procedural guidelines are in place for Super 7, Super 7 Café and Non-Fuel offers are in place to enable Countries to sell and operate both safely and legally at all times, paying particular attention to food safety and hygiene.
    • Reporting on new Offers implemented

    Mandatory Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
    • MBA preferred.

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years working experience within the food/non-fuel retailing industry.
    • At least 5 years working experience within network planning / building convenience store or retail outlets.
    • At least 5 years’ experience working at a middle management level.
    • Food and offer development experience
    • Previous experience in a matrix / COE (Centre of excellence) organization is a plus
