The main purpose of the job is to support the Senior Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project. Proactively identify client service and technical issues and implement resolutions. Lead, develop and manage the team and share expertise and knowledge. Ability to construct a proposal and all risk processes associated to the pursuit and win business for Deloitte Digital.
Develops effective and sustainable technology strategies by tailoring leading frameworks and models based on key clients’ business and technology needs
Assesses, designs, and implements holistic and integrated architectures and blue prints that align with client’s business, technology, and security objectives
Creates design specifications to support the development of data architectures, data models, AI and automation solutions, and integration with other technology and business processes
Ensures effective implementation of proposed solutions by conducting appropriate testing at each level of software development cycle (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing)
Understands the interaction of business and technology processes / risks and can explain it in business terms to both technical and non-technical audiences
Is proficient with multiple tools and technologies and is able to effectively integrate them to meet and exceed client’s needs
Proactively tailors implementation strategies to help ensure client’s environments are receptive to the impending change
Works with client to build support, remove organisational barriers and acquire the necessary resources to enable effective and sustainable implementations
