    Sales and Relationship Manager - Online Digital and Online Sales

    A driven, confident and motivated person with a firm understanding of the online digital and content sales. The individual will be responsible for maintaining, retaining and growing the IRESS client base. IRESS web-based tools deliver content to company’s websites, including investor relations information for listed companies including share prices, news and SENS, email alert services, and interactive charting options.

    What you will be doing

    • Prospecting/cold calling.
    • Relationship management.
    • Provide buffering for support when dealing with production issues.
    • Leverage relationships to uncover sales opportunities.
    • Own responsibility for driving the sales cycle with the objective to win new business, including;
    • Responding to RFPs
    • Organizing customer demonstrations & presentations
    • Proposal creation & presentation
    • Preparing, negotiating and closing contracts
    • Collection of license fees, when escalated to by accounts
    • Achieve revenue targets as defined in the sales plan.
    • Build a sales pipeline for IRESS
    • Execute the Sales strategy.
    • Drive revenue through sales to new and existing customers.
    • Build business in both new and existing client bases through proactive customer contacts in order to meet/exceed targets.
    • Ensure implementation and hand over of solutions to support.
    • Achieve account penetration by customer base expansion and cross selling to new and existing customers.
    • Maintain relationships with the various divisions internally.
    • Maintain client relationships from the ground to “C-Level” within clients’ base.
    • Be prepared to travel regularly across client base.

    • Communicate customer perspective, drivers, product/service relevancy
