    Sales Graduate

    • The Revlon Graduate Programme is a 12-month rotational development programme within the Sales Department.
    • To provide a comprehensive introduction to working within a robust Commercial environment.
    • Develop functional and cross functional capability collaborative interaction.
    • Exposure to multiple functions to develop capacity in a key function.


    • 3 year Degree, preferably Bachelor of Commerce Business Management, Financial Management or similar.
    • Degree (above 65% pass rate)
    • Grade 12
    • 1 year of experience is advantageous


    • Computer literate i.e. All MS Office packages including MS Projects Intermediate excel a must, advanced excel advantageous. Intermediate Visio and PPT advantageous.
    • Strong interpersonal Skills.
    • Applicant must be a self-starter, and must be action oriented and target driven
    • Ability to problem solves and thinks analytically Problem solving skills and facilitating problem-solving / project planning sessions.
    • Good team player with the ability to work under pressure.
    • Ambitious and confident

    Attention to detail- accuracy is key

    • Daily & Monthly Sales analysis & reporting
    • Sales reporting to include sell-in and consumption tracking and Customer & Competitor analysis
    • Helping to forecast sales, analyse the market and producing quality analysis used to guide decision making.

    Trade Spend & Promotion ROI analysis


    • Initiate and achieve results – Proactive in changing approach where needed and use initiative to solve problems and remove barriers.
    • Composed and Resilient – Tolerates stress levels and deals with pressure by being composed
    • Communicate Clearly – Is effective at communicating with all levels: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports and superiors
    • Optimize business performance – Understands the business value chain and how external business drivers impact the organization’s performance.
