    Sales Representative KZN

    Excellent Opportunity to join BD Interventional South Africa team. Sales Representative in KwaZulu Natal Region for both Private & Public Sectors. Serving customers by selling products, meeting customer needs, training customers on products being sold and increase sales. Ensure that the end-user is accurately trained on the correct use of the company`s products. Achieve planned sales targets.

    Other Key Responsibilities:-

    • Selling, Training and actively market all company`s products
    • Arranging appointments with key customers at hospitals which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ~cold~ calling
    • Presentations to key customers inclusive of Head of Departments and Key Sponsors
    • Regular training sessions to nursing staff using our products and Procurement staff
    • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key customers and supporting administrative staff
    • Keeping detailed organized records of all accounts, contacts etc (Unit System per account)
    • Attending company weekly/monthly meetings and other presentations, training, and briefings
    • Prioritizing campaigns and exhibitions organized by the company
    • Developing strategies for growing opportunities and develop new markets
    • Follow the BDWoS and the use of SFDC as a tool to sell and record sales data
    • Adhering to company policies and procedures including the requirement to train keys customers on the accurate use of BDI products
    • Occasionally, you might be required to travel into other Provinces to assist where possible.

    About You:-

    • 2-3 years of Sales experience & Passion to drive sales
    • Phenomenal teammate
    • Strong communication & presentation skills
    • Diploma or Degree qualification is recommended
    • Current or previous experience and theatre scrubbing with Urology products and procedures will be an added advantage
