Responsibilities
Developing market share
Contributing to sales planning and budgets
Assisting with arrangement of farmer’s days and other marketing/promotional activity
Co-ordinating product trials within the region
Collecting and reporting up-to-date market information
Maintaining proficiency of sales skills and product knowledge
Operating within budgeted OPEX
Accurate and timeous completion of sales administration
Delivery of product to clients, when necessary
Coordinating all commercial activities within the region
Managing customer accounts
Technical assistance to clients where possible
Specific Requirements
Tertiary Education in Agriculture
+4 years’ sales experience will be to your advantage
Strong analytical skills
Strong Planning Skills
Excellent Communicational Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Able to multi task
Pro-active, dynamic and Energetic
Computer Literate
Bilingual
Willing to travel
Teamwork – Product Specialists, Breeders etc.
