Minimum Requirements

• Must have a Matric Certificate or SAQA Accredited Equivalent
• Must have a Valid ID
• Must have a Valid driver’s license
• Three (3) years Telesales / Telemarketing / Call centre experience – Waste management industries (Advantageous)

Key Competencies

• SAGE CRM
• Microsoft Office
• External courses in a related field (preferably; recycling/environment/sales)
• Bilingual
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Telephonic skills & etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Resilience – ability to cope with rejection
• The ability to resolve problems and disputes with clients and arrive at decisions which allow the business to move forward.
