    Senior Sous Chef

    • You have a mind for business acumen that results in achieving financial goals for the kitchen. Monitoring labor, supplies and food expenses.
    • Your experience has 5+ years of Culinary Manager experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.
    • You have strong communication skills with a clear understanding of English (Preferred) language.
    • As Sr. Sous Chef you will assist in overseeing all Culinary and Pastry staff and all aspects of the kitchen Operations.
    • As Sr. Sous Chef you will report directly to the Executive Sous Chef of the Resort.
