What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for budgeting, reporting, scheduling, project managing, and delivering marketing campaigns for Avon and Justine.
• In charge of Creative Schedule and process tracking for Avon & Justine.
• Act as Senior Photographic Producer organising/coordinating/producing all lifestyle and product photography for Avon and Justine.
• Controls Creative and Photography budgets

Key Performance Indicators

• Ensures all projects and photography are completed on time and on budget.
• Demonstrates value and increases the productivity of the Creative team.

As Project Manager

• Manages the Creative Schedules sets up all creative briefs and reviews and aligns creative schedules with campaign schedules.
• Ensures all art directors, designers, writers and contractors are aware of and work to individual project schedules, that appropriate resources are allocated to individual projects
• Reporting/tracking schedule and process to deliver campaigns effectively
• Controls Photographic Budget to deliver campaigns effectively and monitor that creative needs are met on a project to project basis.
• Manage a roster of freelance support and cost allocation where relevant
• Process responsibilities including communication and status updates and creative team briefing
• Project scheduling

As Photography Producer

• Sets and implements photography process and guidelines
• Sets and implements Photographic Schedule and aligns it with the creative calendar in order to meet photographic deadlines integrated with creative schedule.
• Liaise with Production Houses/Vendors and ensure contracts and rates are adhered to
• Control over and logging of contracts/usage rights/renewals with vendors and models
• Logs internal photographic assets on a register (make-up, props etc, wardrobe etc)
• Responsible for art buying for both brands
• Booking/coordinating and producing all photographic shoots with vendors
• Controls Photography Budgets on both brands for effective delivery of photography for campaigns
• Implementing quality control, photographic feedback updates and provides information to Finance for quarterly photography expense audits
• Delivering quality photography for both brands that lives up to the Avon and Justine brand standards
• Production briefing Print Manager, photographic agent etc
• Photographic call sheet creation and distribution
• Photographic project approvals together with Print Production Manager
• Delivery of final production-ready assets to Print Production
• Sample allocation and filing
• This position requires continuous research of new/other best solutions to use the budget the most effectively and to be sure that the right person makes a decision basing on the right data.
• Involved in creative execution for AVON and JUSTINE categories / campaigns. That involves working with Creative / Category / Campaign.

We'd Love You To Have

• Relevant Tertiary Degree
• 4 years of experience in working with photo session production, media, marketing or advertising
• Very Good English written and verbal skills
• Computer skills MS Office, Power Point, Photo Shop and InDesign
