What will you do?

The Service Desk Analyst (Human Resources) is responsible for delivering all Operational People Support Services to the organisation c, country-wide.
This will be a fixed term position for a year role where the candidate will work within the HR team the Service Desk Analysts will be in charge of assessing and resolving customers' Workday -related issues, as well as referring requests to other units as needed.
Among your responsibilities will be receiving HR and Workday support requests from end users, collecting information from users using a variety of support tools, and working with other analysts/administrators as needed.
At all times, The HR Service Desk Analysts must provide an excellent customer-service experience for end-users and resolve support requests in a timely manner. You will provide a single point of contact for customers and must adhere to support procedures while respecting privacy regulations when handling sensitive data.
You will follow up all support requests and make sure internal clients are satisfied you’re your services. Actively participate in staff meetings to make recommendations to make the support process more streamlined. Make use of company resources to research technical issues and use your expertise to find the correct data for the user's problem. To be effective in this position, you must possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
