Social Media Community Manager at Digital Solutions Group

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will join our existing social team. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of responses are aligned with brand and to the highest quality.
• Work across all social media platforms, engaging customers where required.
• Understand and live the brand in all customer engagements.
• Work within a team to ensure KPI's are met.
• When required, liase with clients and team to ensure engagements are aligned with brand.

Qualifications/ Experience

• Proficiency in all social media platforms
• English proficiency at the highest level
• 1+ Years community management experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

This role will require work outside of normal office hours and on a shift basis.

You will live in Johannesburg and be willing to work from our offices based in Rosebank with remote work being apart of your roster rotation.
