    Social Media Manager

    About the job

    Purpose

    This role is responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive social media content strategy, content creation and analytical experience to develop strategy, content briefs, production requirements, execution of key campaigns, insights and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and manage social media content and community management strategies
    • Define most important social media areas
    • Day-to-day management of Always-On and Digital Marketing campaigns
    • Managing social media queries complaints and complements with the customer services team
    • Ongoing collaboration with all functions within the business to develop best-in-class digital execution
    • Increase brand reach and audience engagement across all social channels through high performing, fit-for-purpose asset creation
    • Leverage brand-aligned tactical opportunities to drive visibility and relevance
    • Drive alignment with internal studio teams and external agencies to create compelling, relevant content for social platforms to engage with our current and potential audiences
    • Manage influencer campaigns including briefs, copy, content approval and PCAs
    • Actively report, track and optimise performance of organic and paid social media content
    • Use social media insights and analytics to inform creative and cross-functional team members to inform future briefs and content creation for key campaigns
    • Create/brief, approve, execute content and copy for key always-on and marketing campaigns.
    • Knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies in the social and digital marketing space

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 3-4 years of social media management experience developing and executing social media strategy
    • Relevant Degree or Diploma
    • Experience in leading a team
    • Creative portfolio of previous campaigns where you contributed to success ( strategy ,ideation, briefing and execution )
    • Must be organized to work in fast paced and pressurized environment
    • Ability to identify potential problems and apply principles to mitigate issues
    • Experience managing a budget
    • Understand SEO and Web Traffic metrics.
